  • WHAT TO BRING:

    • Synthetic Clothing (NO cotton)

    • Wetsuits can be rented for the day for $10 (Whitewater Trips)

    • Full Water Bottle

    • Sunglasses & Chums/Croakies

    • Camera/Phone (we have waterproof bags)

    • Rain Jacket (we do have gear to loan)

    • Sunscreen, Lip Balm & Hat

    • River Sandals or Tennis Shoes (no flip-flops, something that wraps around heel)

    • 1 Small Towel

    • Some cash for souvenir photos, t-shirts, ice cream, guide gratuities, etc.

    • Some outlets do not take credit cards.

  • WHAT NOT TO BRING: Valuables/Jewelry on the river!

Where & When ?

MEETING LOCATION: Buddy’s Diner 609 Riverfront Dr., Salmon ID 83467

  • Whitewater: July + August trips: 9am, May, June + September trips: 10am MST (Mountain Time)

  • Scenic Float Trips times will vary according to reservation

  • Fishing times will vary according to reservation

DETAILS: We will pick guests up in our Kookaburra Van at Buddy’s Diner in Salmon ID, unless other arrangements have been made. We will shuttle the guests, guides, and boats to the river, extra water and lunch are provided on full day trips, please bring your own bottles. Whitewater trip will be 12 river miles, Class/Level II-III rapids depending on water levels, time on water is 3-6 hours depending on water levels. Scenic float trips and fishing trips will be 10-16 miles depending on water levels, time on water will be 3-6 hours depending on water levels for a full day trip. Half Day Scenic trips average 2 hours on the water.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A 30% deposit is required to reserve all trips. Full payment will be processed 48 hours prior to scheduled trip. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are refundable in the form of a credit that can be used for a future trip, rental, or in our retail store.
